Frequently Asked Questions

When do I receive my weekly forecast?

Your personalized forecast report is delivered no later than Wednesday prior to the forecast week.

What if the weather changes after the forecast?

Short-term weather shifts may influence actual occupancy. OccuPulse integrates the best available data at the time of reporting.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Your subscription renews automatically but can be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in the Customer Billing Portal.

How accurate are the forecasts?

OccuPulse provides data-driven projections based on local events, seasonal patterns, and weather models. It supports planning decisions but does not guarantee specific revenue outcomes.
